Snowblower

A-Frame Mount Kit (Tractor Models 3120-3720)

Install Driveshaft on Snowblower

1. Align holes in driveshaft coupler with holes in gearbox shaft.

2. Install shaft key, 5/16 x 2 in. capscrew and locknut to secure driveshaft to gearbox shaft.

Install Chute

1. Apply grease on the bottom and inside flange of discharge chute.

2. Place discharge chute over auger opening on auger housing.

3. Install four clips (A) with eight 5/16 x 3/4 in. capscrews, lockwashers, and nuts (B).

4. Turn chute so spout faces left.

5. Install two 5/16 x 3/4 in. capscrews (C) with M9x28 washers into chute threaded holes two or three turns.

Route Chute Cables

1. Move chute so tab (A) on chute is in line with edge of capscrew (B). Chute opening will be to the left.

2. Route left (long) cable:

a. Around top left pulley.

b. Around top center pulley.

c. Around bottom left pulley.

d. Around chute.

e. Under tab (C).

f. Behind washer.

3. Use locking pliers to pull cable tight.

4. Tighten capscrew (D).

5. Route right (short) cable:

a. Around top right pulley.

b. Around bottom center pulley.

c. Around bottom right pulley.

d. In front of chute.

e. Under tab (E).

f. Behind washer.

6. Use locking pliers to pull cable tight.

7. Tighten capscrew (F).

Install Cable Shield

1. Install one M10.5 x 20mm washer (A) on each cable shield bolt.

2. Install cable shield (B).

3. Install M10.5x20 washers and 3/8 in. stop nuts (C).

Install Drift Blades

Fasten drift blade (A) to each side of auger housing with four M6x30 bolts and M6 locknuts (B).

Install A-frame Mount

1. Install A-frame receiver adapter (A) on auger housing with four M12x50 screws (B), M13x37 washers, and M12 locknuts. Install washers next to locknuts.

2. Install kickstand (C) on adapter as shown with 3/8 x 0.6 in. shoulder bolt (D), M13x23 washer, and 3/8 in. nut. Install washer between kickstand and adapter.
