Removing Ballast

1. Park machine safely.

2. Remove ballast installed on machine for snowblower operation.

Disconnecting Hydraulic Hoses

1. Park machine safely.

c CAUTION: Avoid injury! Escaping fluid under pressure can penetrate skin and cause serious injury, including gangrene. • Relieve pressure before disconnecting hydraulic or other pressurized lines. • Use a piece of cardboard to search for leaks. Do not expose hands or body to high pressure fluids. • Tighten all connections before applying pressure.

2. Move the tractor dual SCV lever rearward-to-forward and side-to-side several times to relieve hydraulic pressure.

3. Disconnect hydraulic hoses from SCV couplers and remove hoses from hose bracket (A) and hose clip (B).

4. Install dust covers on hose ends, and secure hoses to snowblower.

5. Install SCV coupler dust plugs in couplers.

Disconnecting Driveshaft From Tractor

1. Park machine safely.

2. Pull back coupler on driveshaft to release collar.

3. Pull driveshaft off tractor PTO shaft.

4. Install driveshaft on support rod.

Removing Snowblower From Front Hitch

1. Park machine safely.

2. Connect angling kit hoses if installed on machine.

3. Move lever (A) to the unlocked position.

4. Lower front hitch.

5. Slowly back machine away from snowblower.

6. Park machine safely.

7. Remove locking pin (B) from front hole on front hitch, insert in storage hole (C) and fasten with spring locking pin.

Storing Safety

c CAUTION: Avoid injury! Fuel vapors are explosive and flammable. Engine exhaust fumes contain carbon monoxide and can cause serious illness or death: • Run the engine only long enough to move the machine to or from storage. • Do not store vehicle with fuel in the tank inside a building where fumes may reach an open flame or spark. • Allow the engine to cool before storing the machine in any enclosure.

Storing Attachment

NOTE: Some of the following steps may not apply to your attachment.

1. Remove attachment from machine.

2. Clean attachment and driveline, if equipped.

3. Remove any shields if needed to clean out all debris.

4. Repair or replace worn, bent, or damaged parts. Tighten loose hardware.

5. Apply paint to painted surfaces where needed to prevent rust.

6. Apply thin coat of grease to blades to prevent rust.

7. Lubricate any pivot points with engine oil to prevent rust.

8. Lubricate any grease points.

9. If storing attachment outdoors, block up attachment if possible and place a waterproof cover over it.
