Using Troubleshooting Chart
If you are experiencing a problem that is not listed in this chart, see your authorized dealer for service.
When you have checked all the possible causes listed and you are still experiencing the problem, see your authorized dealer.

Rotor or Impeller Will Not Turn
|
Replace broken shear bolt.
|
Machine Rear Wheels Slip
|
Install two rear wheel weights.
Install chains on each drive tire. (See machine operator’s manual for instructions.)
Add calcium chloride solution to drive tires.
|
Operation is Erratic
|
Tighten drive chain.
Lubricate grease points.
Replace or repair bent scraper blade(s).
Reverse or replace badly worn scraper blade(s).
Adjust skid shoes for conditions.

Chute Moves in Wrong Direction
|
Reverse hydraulic hoses.
