Weight Requirements
c CAUTION: Avoid injury! Do not exceed 227 kg (500 lb) cart load. Overloading will result in machine damage or bodily injury.

IMPORTANT: Avoid damage!
• Tractor and operator combined weight must exceed cart weight.
• Reduce loaded cart weight on slopes and/or slippery surfaces.
• Traction decreases in reverse.

Do not exceed 227 kg (500 lb) cart load.
Loading Material Collection Cart
NOTE: Make sure cart is attached to tractor.
Before loading cart, check following steps:
1. Latch cart box to drawbar.

2. Lock transport latch (A).
3. Engage dump latch (B).

4. Move cover release lever (B) down and engage.

5. Install sure chutes:
• Cover chute (C).
• POWER FLOW chute (D).
6. Make sure cable assembly is attached to tractor hitch plate.
Unloading Material Collection Cart
c CAUTION: Avoid injury! Before backing up, make sure area is clear of bystanders.

1. Disengage PTO.
IMPORTANT: Avoid damage! Caster wheels can dig into soft ground when backing. Use care when backing to prevent damage to caster wheels.

NOTE: Some caster wheel wobble is normal when cart is backed up.
2. Back cart to unloading area.
3. Stop engine.
4. Lock park brake.
NOTE: Lever may need to be pulled more than once to free load.

5. Pull cover release lever (A) to side and forward to unlatch.

6. Unlatch transport latch (B).
7. Pull dump latch lever (C) forward to unlatch and pull lever upward to lift load for dumping.
IMPORTANT: Avoid damage! Prevent damage to cart. Do not level load after dumping by backing cart into load.

8. Drive tractor forward to completely dump load. If load does not dump:
• Stop engine.
• Lock park brake.

• Get off of tractor and pull dump cart latch (D) to fully dump load.

9. Lower box and latch dump latch lever (E) by pushing lever down and rearward.
10. Put transport latch (F) in locked position.

11. Push cover release lever (A) rearward to latch.
NOTE: Setting length in proper link on chain will allow load to dump properly, allow cart to follow same ground contour and make dumping of load easier.

12. If load does not dump completely, or if cover does not open far enough, shorten chain.
a. Open chain link (G) (end attached to chain).
b. Move chain link to next link (H) in chain.
c. Close chain link.
Removing Cover

1. Pull cover release lever (A) forward to unlatch.

2. Unhook spring snap link (B) at end of cable assembly from hole in tractor hitch plate (C).

3. Release cover pivot rod (D) by pulling cover attaching latch (E) (on upper right corner of cart box) outward. Lift cover free of hole in box on upper left corner.
4. Remove cover from cart box.
Using Tailgate
NOTE: Do not install tailgate when using cover on cart.
Install tailgate:

• Slide tailgate pins (A) into holes in cart box.

• Put lock brackets (C) in slots (B) in cart box.
Remove tailgate:
• Pull lock brackets out of slots.
• Pull tailgate up to lift pins out of holes in cart box.
