Preparing the Machine
NOTE: Read and complete the Assembly section of this operator’s manual if installing the attachment for the first time.
Before installing attachment, remove mower from machine. (See Removing and Storing Mower section in machine operator’s manual.)
Machine Setup
• Check tire pressure of machine before operating machine.
• Front Implement Lift Kit (BM21337) and Attaching Parts Kit (BM21339) are required to mount attachment to machine.
Installing Upstop Bracket and Support Rod
2. On left side, remove M8 nuts from M8 round head screws (D). Retain nuts. Remove and discard round head screws (D) from upstop bracket (E).
3. Install two M8x30 round head screws (F) through frame and install upstop bracket (E), with lip on bracket towards center of machine.
4. Install support rod (G) as shown, and secure screws with M8 nuts, removed in step 2.
Installing Sway Bar Bracket
1. Slide two M8 clamp-on nuts (A) over holes on right-front side of machine frame.
2. Align holes in sway bar bracket (B) with holes in bottom of frame and fasten with two M8x25 bolts (C).
Installing Reflective Tape (LX Models)
Apply reflective tape (A) to rear bumper of machines without reflectors.
