Checking Tire Pressure

Check tire pressure at point (A).

· Tire pressure should be 207 kPa (30 psi).

· Tire Size:

· 15 and 25 Gallon Sprayer, 4.10 x 3.50 - 4

· 40 Gallon Sprayer, 15 x 6.00 - 6

Cleaning Spray Nozzle

c CAUTION: Avoid injury! Do not put nozzle tip or other sprayer parts to your lips to blow out dirt. Use compressed air or clean water.

1. Remove spray nozzle (A) from sprayer.

2. Disassemble filter (B) and spray tip (C).

NOTE: Do not use a wire to clean opening (D) in spray tip.

3. Wash filter and spray tip in a non-flammable solvent.

4. Put spray tip in spray nozzle.

5. Put flat side of filter in spray nozzle.

6. Install assembly on sprayer and tighten nozzle.

Cleaning Pump Suction Screen

1. Remove tank cover (A).

2. Locate suction screen (B) inside sprayer tank.

3. If necessary, unscrew suction screen and clean with liquid detergent and warm water.

4. If suction screen was removed, install on suction hose and position in lowest depression inside tank.

5. Install and tighten tank cover.

Cleaning Spray Wand Nozzle

1. Remove locknut (A) and nozzle (B) from spray wand.

2. Wash nozzle with liquid detergent and warm water.

3. Install and tighten nozzle.

Changing Fuse

IMPORTANT: Avoid damage! The electrical system may be damaged if incorrect replacement fuses are used. Replace the bad fuse with a fuse of the same amp rating.


1. Open hood.

2. Remove fuse (A).

3. Install new 15 amp fuse.

4. Close hood.

Adjusting Pump

1. Park machine where spray will do no damage.

2. Stop engine.

3. Start sprayer.

IMPORTANT: Avoid damage! To prevent pump damage, stop turning wrench as soon as pump runs smoothly.

4. Using a hex wrench, turn set-screw (A) clockwise until pump runs smoothly.

5. Stop sprayer.
