Removing and Storing
Removing POWER FLOW
NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the rear baffle plate from the mower deck when removing the POWER FLOW.
1. Move tension lever (A) to release position.
2. Raise deck belt shield (B) and remove drive belt (C) from top sheave (D).
3. Raise mower deck discharge chute (E) and pivot POWER FLOW away from deck.
4. Remove POWER FLOW from long end of bent pin (F).
5. Remove short end of bent pin from front mounting bracket (G).
Storing POWER FLOW
1. Remove POWER FLOW from mower deck.
IMPORTANT: Avoid damage! Grass build-up, if allowed to dry out, may break off into small, hard pieces and be propelled inside blower assembly. Premature failure may result. |
2. Clean exterior and interior of POWER FLOW.
3. Remove two bolts (A), nut (B) and washer (C) attaching belt shield (D) to POWER FLOW.
5. Remove all grass accumulation around belt, idler and sheaves.
6. Remove and inspect drive belt. Replace belt if needed.
7. Store POWER FLOW in a clean, dry area. It is best to enclose it in its original shipping carton.
