Preparing Vehicle
Install Front Mounting Plates
1. Align holes in front mounting plate (A) with mounting holes on machine.
2. Install two M10x25 carriage bolts (B) from inside of frame, and secure with two M10 flange nuts (C).
4. Repeat procedure for other side.
Install Rear Mounting Plates
1. Remove and discard bolt (A) that secures rear of steering support plate (B) to machine frame at left side of machine.
NOTE: When installing right rear mounting plate, take care not to pinch an existing wire that runs inside the frame.
2. Place M11x34 OD washer (C) and rear mounting plate (D) on steering support plate (B) and machine frame then install M10x30 carriage bolt (E). Install M10 flange nut on carriage bolt, but do not tighten.
3. Install M8x25 flange head bolt (F) through rear mounting plate hole and threaded hole in machine frame. Install M8 flange nut on bolt.
5. Install M12x55 carriage bolt (G) through the square hole in mounting plate from the inside out. Install an M12x30 bushing (H) over carriage bolt and secure with an M12 flange locknut (I). Tighten hardware.
6. Repeat procedure for other side.
Install Reflective Tape
Apply reflective tape (A) to rear bumper of machines without reflectors.
