CAUTION: To avoid serious injury to you or others from escaping
hydraulic oil under pressure, relieve the pressure in the system by
shutting off tractor and moving remote cylinder operating levers in
both directions before attaching hoses to or detaching hoses from
the breakaway couplers.
Hydraulic hoses can fail due to
physical damage, kinks, age and exposure. Check hoses regularly. Replace
damaged hoses.
NOTE: Refer to ADJUSTING METERING VALVES in Preparing the Tractor
section to properly set the oil flow for each SCV function.

6000 Series tractors
A - Tractor Coupler
TRACTORS WITH ELECTRO/HYDRAULIC SCV’S: Leave engine
running.
TRACTORS WITH MECHANICAL SCV’S: Stop engine, turn key
switch on.

Place SCV levers in float position.

Turn tractor off.

IMPORTANT: Ensure connections are absolutely clean before connecting.
Seal connections with dust caps whenever hoses are disconnected.
Connect openers/markers hoses to SCV I.

Connect wing fold hoses to SCV II.

Connect blower hoses to SCV III.

Connect warning light harness to the seven-pin connector.

Connect monitor wiring harness.

IMPORTANT: Ensure connections are clean before joining compressed
air hoses. Seal connections with dust caps whenever hoses are disconnected.
The drill is provided with a dual-line brake system. Do not use black
coupler (A) when connecting compressed air hoses.
On 4 and 6 m machine, connect hydraulic brake hose as follows:
When using an hydraulic trailer brake, connect hydraulic hose
to tractor coupler (A). Refer to tractor Operator's Manual.

Disengage parking brake. See Transporting section.

IMPORTANT: Ensure that the connections are clean before joining
the compressed air hoses. Seal the connections with the dust caps
whenever the hoses are disconnected.
The drill is provided
with a dual-line brake system. Do not use black coupler (A) when connecting
compressed air hoses.

On 4 and 6 m machine, connect air brake hoses as follows:
When connecting the compressed air hoses to the tractor, first
connect the brake hose to yellow coupler (B) and then the supply hose
to red coupler (C). Refer to tractor Operator's Manual.

Disengage parking brake (see Transporting section).
