Replace Meter Drive Shear Pin
IMPORTANT: Do not use any other hardware to replace factory specified shear pin or transmission could be damaged. See your John Deere dealer for correct repair parts.
NOTE: Shear protection value is maximized when shear plates are in contact and shafts are aligned.

Pin Storage Location
A - Shear Pin
B - Pin Storage Position
Remove 3.2 mm diameter cotter pin from storage position (B) and insert pin (A) through shear blocks and spread apart as shown.
