Check Opener Adjustments

After adjusting opener components, perform an in field test to ensure changes have the desired effect.

IMPORTANT: All opener components work together to open the furrow, place the seed and close the furrow. Adjusting one opener component may affect performance of other components. When one component is adjusted, other opener components may need additional adjustments to achieve overall desired seed placement.

Check seed placement periodically and whenever planting conditions change. Adjust settings as needed to achieve proper seed placement.
