Fill the Marker Hydraulic Cylinders

CAUTION: Before operating, be sure that cylinders and attaching hoses are fully charged with oil. Failure to do so allows markers to fall rapidly when attempting to lower from transport position.

After servicing marker, always cycle cylinder before attaching to marker. This fills the hydraulic marker cylinder with oil and prevent marker from falling rapidly.
