The CCS row unit switch (A) turns the CCS blower on and off as machine is raised and lowered.

  1. Raise machine so lower parallel arm stop (B) touches planting unit frame (C).

  2. Rotate sensor bracket (D) until flat surface (E) is 20 mm (3/4 in) from planting unit frame.

  3. Tighten cap screw (F).

  4. IMPORTANT: Avoid machine damage. If switch is not adjusted to deactivate when frame is raised, the agitator continues to run as long as tractor power is provided.

    NOTE: Tractor electrical power must be supplied when adjusting.

    Observe agitator on CCS tank and adjust switch so agitator shuts off when frame obtains this fully raised position. This adjustment also ensures that the CCS blower and agitator engages the moment this row unit contacts the ground when lowered.
