Recommended Operating Speed

CAUTION: Seed population issues occur when operating the planter outside these speed recommendations.

A planter equipped with ExactEmerge™ meters on row units has two recommended speed conditions:

• 1.5—10 mph without liquid fertilizer
• 1.5—7.5 mph with liquid fertilizer

A planter equipped with MaxEmerge™ 5e meters:

• 1.5—5.5 mph for optimum performance.
