Adjust John Blue™ Fixed Rate Pump Setting Number

   A - Adjustment Tool

   B - Pin

   C - Scale Ring

   D - Nut

   E - Pointer

   F - Gauge

   Use the rate chart for determining the pump setting number for the desired application rate.

2. Install the adjustment tool (A) on the pump pin (B) aligning the teeth with the scale ring (C).

3. Loosen the nut (D) and rotate the scale ring until the pointer (E) is aligned with the pump setting number on the gauge (F). Tighten the nut to specification.

   C - Clip Pin

   Store the adjustment tool (A) on the pin (B) for the pump mounting bracket. Attach the tool with the clip pin (C).
