The following procedure aligns the air cart meter with
the seeding tool.

Avoid tank siphoning. Install cap (C) on plenum.
Double-shoot manifold must have the same number of runs on the
top and bottom. (For every top run there must be a bottom run directly
underneath.)

Remove existing parts (A) from tube being blocked. If the
tube has fitting (B), move tube with the fitting to another run where
air flow is not blocked.

Install provided cap (C).

Previously removed parts cover the cap.
Install previously removed parts. Tighten to specification.

If preferred, label the tube to indicate a blocked run for future
reference.

Repeat for other rows that need blocked.

On air carts with tire interference, rotate lock handle
to clear the tire.

Disconnect gate detection sensor (if equipped).

Release lock handle (C) from the lock plate (D) by turning handle
clockwise.

Rotate cam lock handle (A) up. To disengage cam (B) from the
cartridge handle (E), pull handle toward the front of the machine.

Turn cartridge (F) counterclockwise to release handle (E) from
the lock plate (G).

Pull meter assembly from the housing.

Install or engage agitators on active runs. Disengage
agitators on inactive runs.

Install (snap) meter covers (A) into enclosure openings.

Install meter seals (B) between the meter cartridge and manifold
plate.

Install meter in reverse order.
