Pneumatic Down Force

When storing planter:

1. Park machine with pressure in the system, preferably locked in the raised position using service/parking locks.

2. Do not remove air from system, air springs should be pressurized and may be allowed to leak down slowly to 0 psi.

When removing from storage:

1. Pressurize system to a minimum of 10 psi before raising or lowering planter.

2. Minimum system pressure during operation is 10 psi. Failure to hold 10 psi during operation will result in damage to air springs. Do not operate a pinched or unrolled air spring (A). Should this occur, lower system pressure until springs can be rolled by hand. Roll spring back over lower piston. Incremental lowering of planter may be required to get rubber started rolling over the lower piston.
