CAUTION: Hydraulic hoses can fail due to physical damage, kinks, age and exposure. Check hoses regularly. Replace damaged hoses.

IMPORTANT: Damage to blower motor will occur if hoses are connected incorrectly. Check hydraulic connections before operating the vacuum motor.

Vacuum motor adapters (A) must be installed. Position flow control valves (B) on frame with valve fully open.

Insert RETURN hose (C) from one vacuum motor into left-hand side of SCV number 4. Insert PRESSURE hose (D) into right-hand side of SCV number 4.

Insert RETURN hose (E) from the other vacuum motor into left-hand side of SCV number 3. Insert PRESSURE hose (F) into right-hand side of SCV number 3.

The planter and the markers should raise and lower smoothly. If necessary, bleed air from hydraulic cylinders and hoses. ( See Troubleshooting Section.)

Before servicing hoses or marker valve, relieve trapped high pressure oil by slowly loosening marker hose end fittings.
