Set Vacuum Level
The vacuum level is indicated on vacuum gauges (A) or on monitor (B).

| aMedium edible beans--for garden beans that have 1800 or more seeds per pound, set vacuum level at 6 in. |
NOTE:
Small edible beans--for seeds that have 2800 or more seeds per pound, set vacuum level at 6 in.
Indicator should point to vacuum level listed above AT PLANTING SPEED.
Set vacuum level as follows:
1.
Push SCV lever to forward detent to start blower. Let oil warm up for 15 minutes.
2.
Fill hoppers with seed.
3.
Drive tractor forward approximately 10 m (35 ft.) to fill seed cells.
4.
Readjust oil flow until vacuum gauge indicator points to vacuum level listed above AT PLANTING SPEED.
NOTE:
It is not necessary to reset vacuum level daily. Vacuum level will be slightly lower during tractor and pump start-up.
