All planters are equipped with a special return coupler which eliminates need for motor return coupler on most tractors.

Relieve pressure by putting in FLOAT position and turning tractor OFF. Cap coupler end to prevent dripping and contamination.

(40 Series and older John Deere Tractors) Replace this coupler with check valve and JD tip or install ISO to John Deere tip adapter.

(Utility John Deere Tractors and other Tractors) Replace coupler with regular ISO tip with motor return kit.
