Pneumatic Down Force

When storing planter:

1. Park machine with pressure in the system, preferably locked in the raised position using service/parking locks.

2. Do not remove air from system, air springs should be pressurized and may be allowed to leak down slowly to 0 psi.

When removing from storage:

1. Pressurize system to shown specifications before raising or lowering planter.

2. Minimum system pressure during operation is 69 kPa (0.7 bar) 10 psi. Failure to hold this during operation will result in damage to air springs. Do not operate a pinched or unrolled air spring (A). Should this occur, lower system pressure until springs can be rolled by hand. Roll spring back over lower piston. Incremental lowering of planter may be required to get rubber started rolling over the lower piston.
