Hookup for VacuMeter Using Tractor Valve to Control Blower Speed

IMPORTANT: Damage to blower motor may occur if hoses are assembled incorrectly. Check hydraulic connections before operating vacuum motor. NOTE: This hook-up requires deluxe (300 Series) SCV. Attach vacuum motor adapter (A). Position flow control valve (B) on frame. |
Insert return hose (C) into left-hand side of SCV number three and insert pressure hose (D) into right-hand side of SCV number three. To operate the system, fully open flow control valve (B). Turn SCV control to motor position (continuous detent). SCV flow control (rabbit-turtle) will be used to control vacuum level. SCV lever should be in retract for running and "float" for off. The motor has an over-running check valve to protect seals if accidentally put in neutral. |
CAUTION:
Hydraulic hoses can fail due to physical damage, kinks, age and exposure. Check hoses regularly. Replace damaged hoses.
