Repair Press Wheel

1. Clean dirt from parts prior to removal.

G-Cap Screw, M6 x 12
H-Washers
I-Spacer


J-Lock Nut
K-Arm
L-Bushing
M-Bushing


N-Spring
O-Washer
P-Washer
Q-Cap Screw, 5/8 x 3-3/4 in.

2. Remove cap screw (A) to remove wheel assembly from arm.

3. Remove cap screws (G) and lock nuts (B) to disassemble wheel.

4. Inspect parts for wear or damage and replace as necessary.

5. Replace bearing (D) and assemble wheel parts with cap screws (G) and lock nuts.

6. Attach wheel to arm using spacer (I), washer (H) and previously removed hardware. Tighten cap screw (A) to specification, and install cap.

Specification

Cap Screw -Torque 110 N·m (80 lb-ft)

Replace Arm Bushing

1. Remove cap screw (Q) and arm parts.

2. Remove bushings (L and M).

3. Press new bushings into bore, flush to 0.76 mm (0.03 in.) below outside surface.

4. Install previously removed arm and attaching parts. Tighten lock nut (J) to specification.

Specification

Lock Nut -Torque 142 N·m (105 lb-ft)
