Single Lever Hydraulic Lift Control (30-60 Series Tractors)
IMPORTANT:
Hoses may become pinched or cut when raising or lowering machine. Move all hoses clear of any pinch points.
Tractor must be equipped with single lever control components.
4555 through 4960 John Deere Tractors have an electronic hitch control and must be turned off when using the single lever control (see your John Deere dealer for installation instructions [A56649-F6]).
4030 through 4455 tractors do not have electronic hitch control (see your John Deere dealer for installation instructions [A56652-F6]).
Machine must be leveled before adjusting single lever control attachment.
NOTE:
This system allows the hitch to be operated by oil flow from an SCV, which also operates the lift-assist wheels.
The markers can be hooked to the lift system for automatic operation (see your John Deere dealer).
Single lever control attachment allows the tractor rockshaft and lift-assist wheels to be lifted with one SCV lever. Lift assist cylinders are dual acting with this system, allowing lift assist wheels to be raised off the ground.
