After the machine has been completely assembled, inspect it to be sure it is ready to be operated, before it is delivered to the customer. The following check list is a reminder of important points to be inspected. Check off each item as it is found to be satisfactory, or after proper adjustment has been made.
[ ] SMV emblem and reflectors are installed.
[ ] Flashing warning lights function properly.
[ ] Safety chain is attached.
[ ] Decals are intact and legible.
[ ] All shields are in place and in good condition.
[ ] Hydraulic hoses are properly routed and secured. Hydraulic connections do not leak.
[ ] Seed hoses and wiring are properly routed and connected.
[ ] Meter cartridges are customized to customer's seeding equipment.
[ ] Correct sprockets have been installed per rear tire size and seeding equipment row spacing.
[ ] Entire machine has been inspected for loose or missing nuts or bolts.

[ ] Tires are properly inflated. Wheel hardware torqued correctly.
[ ] Any parts scratched in shipment have been touched up with paint.
[ ] Fan is rotating in correct direction.
[ ] Electrical harness(es) are properly routed and retained. Electrical connections are tight.

display monitor is correctly installed in customer's tractor and checked for proper operation.
[ ] All grease fittings have been lubricated. See Lubrication and Maintenance section.
[ ] Make sure all customer ordered attachments have been installed.
[ ] This machine has been thoroughly checked and, to the best of my knowledge, is ready for delivery to the customer.
