Detaching from Tractor

causym CAUTION: Tongue can whip upward when hitch pin is removed. TO AVOID BODILY INJURY-always lower implement to ground before removing hitch pin.

causym CAUTION: To avoid injury from escaping hydraulic oil under pressure, relieve the pressure in the system by placing the SCV control levers in "FLOAT" and stopping the engine.

Hydraulic hoses can fail due to physical damage, kinks, age and exposure. Check hoses regularly. Replace damaged hoses.

1. Remove pin (A) from stands on both sides of machine, lower stands AS FAR DOWN AS POSSIBLE and install pins.

2. Lower machine to ground with SCV until weight of machine is off of drawbar and drawbar pin is loose.

3. Disconnect all hydraulic hoses (A).

4. Disconnect warning light harness (B) from seven-pin connector.

5. Disconnect monitor wiring harness.

6. Attach dust cover on machine harness connector.

7. Remove safety chain from tractor drawbar and safety chain support (B).

IMPORTANT: Machine hitch should not be applying up or down pressure to drawbar or re-attaching will be very difficult.

8. Remove drilled pin (A) and hitch pin from hitch and tractor drawbar. Drive tractor slowly forward.
