Zeroing Vacuum Gauge

NOTE: To zero SEEDSTAR ™ monitor vacuum gauge, see SEEDSTAR ™ Generation 2 and Variable Rate Fertilizer Operator's Manual.

With vacuum pump system shut off and vacuum gauge in a vertical position, disconnect vacuum monitor line to vent gauge to atmosphere. Use the zero adjusting screw (A) to set the gauge pointer exactly on zero mark. Connect monitor line, activate vacuum pump hydraulics, fill seed-disk cells with seed and adjust vacuum level to recommended setting.
