IMPORTANT: Damage to blower motor will occur if hoses are connected incorrectly. Check hydraulic connections before operating vacuum motor. See CHECKING HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS in Preparing Vacuum Meter section.

IMPORTANT: To prevent damage to vacuum motor, do not return SCV lever to neutral to shut off vacuum.

NOTE: For non John Deere tractors, see dealer for vacuum motor hook-up.

1. Mount planter flow control valve assembly (A) on cab.

IMPORTANT: Ensure case drain hose is already connected to low pressure drain coupler.

NOTE: Case drain line is shared between fan motor and vacuum motor.

2. Insert pressure hose (B) coming from planter flow control valve assembly (A) into right-hand SCV coupler.

NOTE: Return hose must be equipped with a return coupler with cap.

3. Insert return hose (C) into left-hand SCV.
