Adjusting Frame Height-Wing Frame

causym CAUTION: Install storage/service locks on rockshafts whenever maintenance is to be performed to prevent possible injury.

IMPORTANT: Perform all frame height adjustments with machine on level ground.

NOTE: Adjust frame 510 to 560 mm (20 to 22 in.) above the ground. Soil conditions will effect frame height.

1. Fold machine. See FOLDING MACHINE in Transporting section.

2. Remove wheel hub bolts and position wheel hubs in location (A) for normal conditions, location (B) to raise frame two inches, and location (C) to lower frame two inches.

3. Tighten wheel hub cap screws to specification after making adjustments.

Specification

Wing Wheel Cap Screws -Torque 447 N·m (330 lb-ft)

4. Repeat for adjacent wheel.
