IMPORTANT:

This system is NOT recommended for use with suspension fertilizers.
NOTE:
The unit mounted single disk opener comes equipped with No. 2.5 nozzles installed. No. 5 nozzles are also provided. Other sizes must be purchased through service parts. See your John Deere dealer.
Application rates are affected by many factors, such as wheel slippage, tire pressure and material used. Therefore, this chart should be used only as a guide.
1.
Refer to rate chart and select approximate rate of gallons per acre desired for row width being planted.

Pump range is given at top of Liquid Fertilizer Application Rate chart.

Set range of pump drive.

Next to approximate rate of gallons per acre selected, note pump setting, travel speed and nozzle number.
5.
Adjust pump to pump setting number.
NOTE:
Nozzle number can be found on side of nozzle.

If using single disk injection coulter, install nozzle with recommended number onto opener delivery tubes. See following table to match nozzle number on rate chart to number stamped on nozzle. For additional nozzles, see your John Deere dealer.
