30—55 Series Utility Tractor—Radar and Bracket Installation

1.

   A - Cap Screws

   Install two 5/8 x 1-1/2 in. cap screws (A) in right-hand engine rail.

2. Install radar mounting bracket on cap screws with lock washers and nuts as illustrated.

3. CAUTION: Avoid looking directly into the sensor face of radar to prevent possible eye damage from microwave signal emitted from radar sensor.

   NOTE: Be certain radar unit is mounted to bracket with serial number plate facing up.

   B - Cap Screws

   Attach radar unit (A) to inside of mounting bracket with four 1/4 x 4 in. cap screws (B), flat washers and lock nuts. (washers under head of cap screws against radar unit).

4. Route radar cable toward rear axle and connect to power module lead.
