8000 Series Tractors—Radar and Bracket Installation

1. Remove two plastic plugs on right-hand side of tractor ahead of fuel tank.

   A - Cap Screws

   Install radar bracket with two M20 x 35 cap screws (A).

3. IMPORTANT: Radar serial number plate must be facing up when radar is installed.

   Install radar on bracket with four 1/4 x 4 in. cap screws and lock nuts.

4. Remove right side engine cover.

5.

   A - Cap Screws and Washers

   Remove six cap screws and washers (A) from exhaust shield. Save for reuse.

   A - Shield

   Remove exhaust shield (A).

7.

   A - 3-Pin Connector

   Locate 3-pin connector (A) behind exhaust shield.

8. 
   A36908-UN-26APR95

   A - Adapter Harness

   Connect radar harness to adapter harness and adapter harness (A) to 3-pin connector.

9.

   Coil excess harness and tie away from exhaust using plastic ties as required.

10.

    A - Cap Screws and Washers

    Install exhaust heat shield with six cap screws and washers (A) and right side engine cover.
