Row 1 Failed Illustrated

H41863-UN-18APR90
A - Alarm Cover
When system is in operation, if seed rate of any row falls
below two seeds per second, the alarm will sound and the failed row
numbers will be displayed without a population. The messages ROW and
FAILED are displayed and the audible alarm sounds continuously. This
overrides any other display.
When machine is stopped, the monitor continues to display the
failed message, but the alarm will stop after a few seconds. When
machine is stopped, the right-hand switches can be operated to review
populations for the last 1/200th of an acre per row.
The loudness of the audible alarm can be changed by rotating
the alarm cover (A) on bottom of monitor.
When planting is resumed, if the problem causing the alarm has
not been corrected, the alarm will sound and the message will be displayed.
If the condition has been corrected, the monitor resumes the display
mode it was in before the failure occurred.
