Setting Selective Control Valve for Advantage Series Tractors

IMPORTANT: Variable rate drive must never be used with Advantage series tractors.

IMPORTANT: Vacuum System must be connected to a DELUXE 301 SERIES VALVE on tractor.

IMPORTANT: Planter flow control valve must be set wide open and must never be allowed to control vacuum level.

Set SCV control knob (A) to motor position (continuous detent). Flow control knob (B) will be used to control vacuum level, start with flow control low and work up. The flow control valve on the machine must be set to full open position.

SCV lever should be in forward position for running and "float" for off. The motor has an over-running check valve to protect seals if accidentally put in neutral.
