Finding Initial Tillage Depth
1.
Determine how deep seedbed is to be tilled.
2.
While moving forward, use SCV I to lower machine until depth control cylinders are against stops, hold lever for an additional 2-3 seconds, and till a short distance.
3.
Stop tractor and check penetration of several standards on main frame.
4.
Adjust depth with depth adjustment plates.
