Adjust Pressure Reduction Valve

Increased pressure is needed if press wheel cylinders do not retract when machine is in transport (folded) position or cannot pull against stop.

If buzzing is heard when holding SCV lever and/or cylinders jump out after release, pressure needs to be decreased.

To adjust valve, loosen jam nut (A) and turn adjustment screw (B) in to increase pressure and out to decrease pressure. Do not adjust valve past the point where the problem is resolved. If adjustment does not correct problem, see your John Deere dealer.
