Checking Spring-Cushion Assembly Tightness
IMPORTANT:
To prevent frame wear, check and tighten hardware after first ten hours of operation and periodically thereafter.
U-bolt nuts must be tightened EVENLY so the standard is "square" on frame.
Tighten U-bolt (A) nuts as follows:
1.
Snug the top nut.
2.
Remove lower support pin (B).
3.
Tighten the bottom nut according to specifications.

5.
Replace lower support pin.
