Inspecting and Tightening Hardware
Inspect and tighten all cap screws, nuts, set screws and bearings. Tighten ALL BOLTS, U-BOLTS and CAP SCREWS after the first 10 to 15 hours of operation, and again at the end of the first week (50 hours) of operation. Tighten all bolts to specifications found in the Service section unless otherwise noted.
Tighten hardware periodically.
