Converting from 7.5 in. to 15 in. or 10 in. to 20 in. With Hydraulic Lock-Up

IMPORTANT: No monitor change is required when going from 7.5 in. to 15 in. or from 10 in. to 20 in. row spacing.

NOTE: Common rate charts work for either 7.5 in. and 15 in. or 10 in. and 20 in. configurations.

Raise front rank of openers fully and close hydraulic lock-up valve (A) to lock-up front rank.

2. Remove secondary hose (B) from splitter for openers on rear rank.

3. Remove primary hose (C) from splitter.

4. Connect hoses (B) and (C) using 31.8 mm (1.25 in.) diameter hose to splice over. Install hose clamp over each end of 331.8 mm (1.25 in.) diameter hoses to retain hoses (B) and (C).

5. Use plastic tie bands or other support to minimize hose sag.
