Servicing Wheel Bearing (6-Bolt Hub)

Should wheel hub (A) be disassembled for any reason, clean and repack bearing with wheel bearing grease and assemble on axle. Be careful not to damage seals (B). Install special jam nut (C) on axle shaft. While turning hub, adjust jam nut until a slight drag is felt. Once this drag is established, tighten set screw (D) on jam nut.
