Installing Service Locks

causym CAUTION: Lower machine to ground before working on any hydraulic components or welding.

IMPORTANT: Service locks are not to be used as transport locks.

1. Remove service locks (A) from storage positions. Wing wheel locks are stored on top of wing wheel frame. Main frame locks are stored on the CCS ladder frame rails.

IMPORTANT: Avoid machine damage. Tab (A) on service lock must be on top side against cylinder.

2. Install service locks onto both outer main frame wheel cylinders and outer wing wheel cylinders. Install pin and hair pin to hold in place.
