Frame Control Console

NOTE: The lights in the MARKERS switch will only function when the PLANT/TRANS switch is in Plant, the WINGLET switch is in the middle position and the MARKER MODE switch is in AUTO or MAN.

Console switches operate solenoid hydraulic valves. These solenoid valves prevent a cylinder from operating unless valves are energized. All machine cylinders are connected to one tractor selective control valve, but only cylinders which have been selected with the control-console switches can be controlled with tractor selective control valve. The function is selected with the switch and controlled with the tractor selective control valve. Console switches operate solenoid hydraulic valves. These solenoid valves prevent a cylinder from operating unless valves are energized. All machine cylinders are connected to tractor selective control valves through a solenoid valve block. Cylinders/functions are selected with the control-console switches and controlled with the tractor selective control valve.

A -MARKERS switch controls individual marker use when MARKER MODE switch is in MAN position.

B -MARKER MODE switch allows manual or automatic alternation of markers.

C -CLUTCH DISENGAGE switch disengages a drive on either half of machine, for planting point rows.

D -PLANT-TRANS switch allows machine to be raised or lowered without operating any switches when in PLANT position. When in TRANS position, it allows machine to fold and unfold, raise and lower wing wheels and center wheels.

E -WING WHEELS/FOLD switch is used to fold and unfold or extend and retract wing wheels.

F -TANK LOW WARNING LIGHT/WINGLETS switch is used to switch from right-hand or left-hand winglet. This switch also has a tank low warning light which comes on when either tank is low on seed.

G -If equipped-DRAWBAR HITCH/MARKER switch alternates SCV control to either drawbar hitch or independent markers.
