Lowering/Raising Machine in Transport Position For Filling and/or ServicingNOTE: Directions for this procedure are also located on frame control harness decal. Decals are installed below frame control. 1. Press the PLANT-TRANS switch to TRANS position.
IMPORTANT: If machine is not cycled completely, wheel cylinders will be out of phase. To rephase, completely lower machine. 2. Press and hold WING WHEEL-FOLD switch in the WING WHEEL position and activate SCV to FULLY LOWER wing wheels. (Center frame wheels will lower from high lift.) 3. Press the PLANT-TRANS switch to PLANT position. IMPORTANT: To prevent damage to machine, reduce hitch rate of drop before lowering hitch. See your tractor operator's manual for more information. IMPORTANT: To prevent damage to openers, lower frame and hitch simultaneously to keep machine level. IMPORTANT: If machine is not cycled completely, wheel cylinders will be out of phase. To rephase, completely lower machine. 4. Lower frame and hitch simultaneously, keeping hitch level until machine is COMPLETELY lowered. 5. Fill or service machine. |

Be certain everyone is clear of machine. When SCV is activated the rockshafts are going to lower.

To rephase, completely lower machine. 6. With PLANT-TRANS switch in PLANT position, raise frame and hitch simultaneously, keeping hitch level until machine is COMPLETELY raised. 7. Press the PLANT-TRANS switch to TRANS position. 8. Press and hold WING WHEELS switch while activating the SCV to raise wing wheels and allow main frame wheels to extend into high lift. 9. Press and hold ROW LIFT switch while activating the SCV to raise the wing row units. |
