causym CAUTION: Hydraulic hoses can fail due to physical damage, kinks, age, and exposure. Check hoses regularly. Replace damaged hoses.

IMPORTANT: Vacuum and Variable Rate Drive RETURN hoses, with special tip, MUST be connected to tractor EXTEND port. Avoid damaging pressure spikes; shut vacuum motor and variable rate drive off by placing SCV lever in float position.

With two vacuum motors connected to a single tractor SCV, planter flow control valves must be installed and used to control vacuum level. If two SCVs are available, vacuum motors can be connected independently.
