Check Fertilizer Opener Offset
Fertilizer can be placed from 63 mm to 102 mm (2.5 in. to 3.5 in.) to the outside of the row in most locations. After any change in location, raise, lower, fold, and unfold machine slowly and watch for interference.
IMPORTANT:
Viewed from the REAR, row 15 is a Right-Hand opener and must be moved RIGHT 51 mm (2 in.) from Tru-Vee™ opener. Row 10 is a Left-Hand opener and must be moved LEFT 51 mm (2 in.) from Tru-Vee™ opener.
24R20 MACHINES ONLY: Fertilizer openers on rows 10 and 15 are shipped out of position. They are labeled with a decal, ensure that fertilizer openers are set to specification.

Check Fertilizer Opener-to-Seed Opener Offset
1.
Lower machine until fertilizer openers and seed openers just scratch the ground.
2.
Drive forward 3.7 m (12 ft.) with machine in this position.
3.
Measure distance between fertilizer opener and seed opener.
4.
If distance is not as specified, adjust fertilizer openers as needed. See Fertilizer Opener sections for procedure on unit installed on machine.
