NOTE:
For best results, adjust machine while parked on field soil conditions.
1.
Lower machine on level ground.
CAUTION:
Avoid crushing injury. Do not loosen carriage bolts (A) unless tires are in contact with each other. Machine must be in lowered position.
2.
Loosen carriage bolts (A).
3.
Raise machine until planting units are at the height which seeding should both begin and end. A good planting unit height is when the opener blades are barely in contact with the ground.
4.
Position adjustment brackets (B) so they are firmly in contact with stop plate (C).
5.
Tighten bolts (A) to specification.
