Detaching Drill from Tractor
1.
Back drill into storage area.
CAUTION:
Avoid injury or death from electrocution. Do not fold track marker arms near electrical lines.
2.
If necessary, fold track markers and outer units. (See FOLDING AND UNFOLDING TRACK MARKERS and FOLDING UP OUTER UNITS (4 and 6 m Version Only) in Operating the Machine section.)
3.
Lower openers to ground.
CAUTION:
Escaping fluid under pressure can penetrate the skin, causing serious injury. Avoid the hazard by relieving pressure before attaching hydraulic hoses to couplers.
IMPORTANT:
Wings may gradually lower, if pressure is not relieved from wing fold hydraulic hoses. Temperature increases or sunlight can cause thermal expansion of hydraulic fluid. Always relieve pressure before parking or storing machine.
4.
Mechanical SCV Controls: Shut tractor engine off and work levers back and forth before disconnecting hoses.
Electro/Hydraulic SCV Controls: With tractor engine running, place SCV controls in "float" position before disconnecting hoses. Shut tractor engine off.
5.
Disconnect hydraulic hoses and store them.
6.
Lower parking stands (A) as shown and lock them.
7.
Detach monitor and warning light plug from tractor.
8.
Disconnect brake hoses. If air brake is equipped, first disconnect the red hose coupler and then the yellow one. If hydraulic trailer brakes are equipped, disconnect the hydraulic hose.
