Storage Position

Auger Only

IMPORTANT: To avoid contact with left-hand front tire of a tow-behind cart, hopper must be stored with closed side facing out, away from cart frame.

1. Auger Only: Hopper (A) is rotated so closed side is facing away from cart and secured with spring-loaded pin (B).

2. With hopper turned to this position, rain can not collect in the bottom.

Auger and Conveyor

1. Conveyance storage/transport latch (A) is closed on tube and held by spring-loaded pin. Lever (B) is down when latch is closed.

2. Insert pin (C), front to rear, through lever (B) and latch bracket (F). Turn pin down behind locking tab (D) as shown and install spring pin (E).

IMPORTANT: Swing link lock (A) must be securely locked when conveyance is in storage position or machine damage may occur.

3. Swing link lock (A) is engaged to restrict movement.

4. Plate (B) is held in place by slot (C) between storage posts (A).
