Configure Tire Speed Sensor

1. Inflate cart tires to pressure recommended in operator's manual.

2. Select primary Menu button >> Air Cart button >> Configuration softkey >> Sensor tab.

3. Select Tire Speed from drop-down box. Current tire speed is displayed under drop-down box.

4. To obtain an approximate calibration, select the calibration input box and enter the travel distance of cart tire.

5. To obtain a more accurate calibration, perform the following:

a. Properly inflate tires.

b. Fill tanks one half full of product.

c. Mark a 122 m (400 ft.) course in the field with soil prepared for seeding as desired.

d. Select Calibration button.

e. Approach start of course at seeding speed.

f. When front tires of tractor cross start of course, select Calibration button.

g. When front tires of tractor cross end of course, select Calibration button.

h. If the enter button appears, select it to accept calibration. If repeat course button appears, select it and repeat calibration procedure.
