Change Seeding Equipment, Row Spacing or Product
Inspect and update the following items, if seeding equipment, row spacing, or product is changed.
1.
Remove or install meter doors and meter seals to match quantity and position of primary air runs.
2.
Remove or install meter rollers to match quantity and position of primary air runs.
3.
Remove or install fine tuning rings on meter rollers to match number of secondary header ports.
4.
Install or engage agitators above active primary air runs. Disengage agitators above inactive primary air runs.
5.
Change meter rollers to match product and application rates.
NOTE:
Multiply transmission setting in rate chart by two for 38 cm (15 in. ) row spacing or by four for 76 cm (30 in.) row spacing.
6.
Change transmission setting.
7.
Program monitor with current information.
